Innkeeper needed for 5 units Bed and Breakfast with a health and wellness accent located in Kealakekua Bay South Kona, Hawaii, 10 minute’s walk to the ocean.

The innkeeper is responsible for guests satisfaction and facilitating a memorable experience, assisting the owner in upgrading and beautifying Luana Inn, increasing occupancy and marketing to people interested in green living

Skills required: professional housekeeping, general hospitality education to manage the business, computer skills and knowledge of booking engine, (we use Resnexus)

Daily tasks consist of monitoring arrival and departures, answering phone calls and emails, keeping up houseplants, reporting problems on the property to the owner, coordinating with other staff members, booking spa treatments.

The job requires a good physical condition, basic gardening knowledge to take care of plants, interest in wellness and ecotourism, a sense of responsibility and autonomy. Cooking and juicing skills are highly valued (breakfast is not served at this time and a candidate interested in launching breakfast would be appreciated). Would prefer a Hawaii resident with experience in innkeeping, single, responsible and creative, although a couple may be considered.

I own a 25 unit inn in Pioneer, California - a rural gold country location that is an hour away from Sacramento, California. Our inn has undergone renovation and we are getting ready to reopen on 10-01-2022. I need help from an individual or a couple for a period of 4 months but it can be extended to a maximum of 6 months too. I can provide on-site accomodation in a regular sized room (300 SF) that has a full kitchen and an attached bathroom. The job will entail doing all the duties of a resident innkeeper. MANAGEMENT COUPLE/INNKEEPER WANTED: We are seeking a couple (or two professional partners who have worked together before and are comfortable living in a shared apartment) as residential Innkeepers for our 27-room upscale motel in rural Bernardston, Massachusetts.
