Mentorship programs facilitate the development of beneficial one-on-one relationships between seasoned industry veteran members and members new to the industry. Mentors have the opportunity to advise, encourage, and support their mentees by sharing their own experiences, knowledge, and expertise. The ALP Mentorship Program is open to ALP members only.

While we hope that many mentors/mentees will form lasting professional relationships, the mentoring commitment can be understood to consist of a few phone calls or emails to answer questions, a face-to-face meeting if possible, and invitations and introductions at trade shows. The duration and scope of the communication and pairing are ultimately dependent on the needs and goals of the mentor/mentee.
Mentor/Mentee Assignments:
Applications will be reviewed and mentors and mentees will be paired up based on skills, property size/type, and geography.
